Shine His Light LLC was founded through a clear calling from God.
For more than a decade, our founder witnessed the gaps in the mental health system firsthand — individuals struggling with trauma, addiction, and despair without access to safe, compassionate care.
The answer was not simply another therapy practice.
The answer was a ministry.
Shine His Light exists as a practice and a platform providing exceptional trauma therapy rooted in the love of God.
We believe:
- Every person carries inherent worth because they are created by God.
- Healing happens best in environments of safety, truth, and compassion.
- Faith and clinical excellence can work together to restore lives.
Today, Shine His Light serves individuals and communities across Arizona through trauma therapy, neural coaching, faith-based counseling, and equine-assisted healing.

Founder & CEO
Kaleigh Rogers, LCSW, MPA, CCTP is a nationally recognized trauma expert and the Founder and CEO of Shine His Light LLC.
With dual master’s degrees and more than 15 years on the frontlines of America’s mental health crisis, she has served individuals across domestic violence shelters, residential treatment centers, addiction recovery programs, youth systems, and integrated healthcare environments.
But Shine His Light did not begin as a business idea.
It began with a prayer.
In 2009, Kaleigh asked God what she was meant to do with her life.
The answer was simple:
Help people.
Since then she has devoted her career to trauma healing, serving the individuals most often overlooked — survivors of abuse, high-risk youth, veterans, addiction recovery populations, and those facing deep emotional pain.
Her leadership combines clinical expertise with deep spiritual conviction.
Today she is building Shine His Light as Kingdom infrastructure — a ministry designed to expand trauma care, strengthen communities, and invite people into a deeper relationship with Jesus.
